We'd just moved into a new home without any form of air-conditioning, so contacted Elite Air (EA) on the basis of a recommendation from a new neighbour. I also rang two other companies that I found via a Google search, both of whom provided their quotes within 2 days of me calling them. Despite leaving a message on EA's answering machine (on 23 Jan) asking them to call me, I had still heard nothing by this morning (01 Feb). When I rang to find out why, and even though the company could recall my message, the excuse offered was that they had been 'very busy' and 'simply rushed off our feet'! Needless to say, the failure to return the call has cost EA at least $17K (the lowest of the two other quotes) worth of business.
